I keep gettin calls from this number, Everytime I try to call it back number is busy?? who the heck is this?? lol Very annoying!!!!

I received a call on my cell phone when I was at work - I tried to call it back on the main line but the number did not exist

I have been recieving this call for a month or two,tonight I answered at 7:52PM only to have the call dropped by no one saying anything on the other end. So I hit redial and after it rang a few times the call was dropped to a dial tone??

Called offering a free trip.  When I declined and explained I had long distance call waiting she called me an****hole.
