S****ed Numbers: Caution, 519-900-0828 is a "s****ed" number, which means that w***ver called you "tricked" your caller ID to display an incorrect phone number. Telemarketers do this so you cannot complain, but they failed... you can still file a complaint here to fight back a***nst unethical telemarketers.

Called my cell, but didnt leave a message.  Annoying...

someone called from that number too. Rang 3 times then stopped.Must be a spammer.

Just got a call in Enderby BC from that number. Did not answer it & they did not leave a message.

I just received the call here in Toronto, Ontario from 1 (519) 900-0828 @ about 4p.m. I did not pick up. I get hassled about my credit card****ociated with MNBA on the phone occasionally about offers they have. I****ume it's them or their affiliates trying to get me into so****ing else. NOT INTERESTED. THANKS BYE.

I too like most of you just got a call from said number. Now however I wish I answered it so I could press 2 and be taken off the list. I suppose I can look forward to another call. ****** annoying if you ask me.

hi i just got a call from  519 900-0828. I've gotten calls from them also in the past several times. I wasn't in so i called the number back (from call display).  All I got was an answering ma****e with a mature lady's voice saying:  "Hi, if you've called this number back in regards to lowering your interest credit card rates..." and so on. It's an affiliated "routing service" for TD Visa, MCard & American Express. Affiliated with the banks.  It's a division of the collection agency who tries to get a one-time fee from you in order to "chew" down your lending interest rates. Apparently it's a Legitimate, legal business.  However, I would NEVER give out any personal info over the phone, to anyone. So if they really want any business from anyone ever, they would understand that it's never going to happen on a sufficient or efficient manner by phone. 99 out of 100 people aren't dumb enough or ignorant enough to give out any personal info over the phone to anyone or any business they don't know. VERY BAD business strategy. For all you telemarketers and collection agencies out there, get with the times. You'll NEVER accomplish your goals of efficiently contacting people by telephoning them. Must be IN PERSON.

Just got a call from this #, it's like someone is there but no saying anything.

About the same time as Mel, above. Didn't pick up. Obviously auto dialing scam. What's weird, though, is that instead of coming up as (510) 099-0828, it came up as +51 9900 0828. I thought this was strange.

Got the call in Southern Alberta, answered but no one was on the other end......

JUST LIKE SARA (JAN 18/11) just received a call to my (PRIVATE UNPUBLISHED 2ND LINE) work number, introducing self as Anna saying it was my last chance to lower interest rates on my credit cards, it waxs quite obviously a pre recorded message I just ***g up...

Got that call too in Kola Manitoba, January 18, Tuesday. ***ody picked up the phone.
