I have caller ID and didn't answer the phone because I didn't know who was calling.  The caller ID said A LOC A SRVC, which sounded very su****ious.  I don't have Qwest service, so I don't think they would be calling to find out if I'm satisfied with them.

And when I try to call it back from 2 different phones, it says circuits are busy.

That's funny, I just answered a call from this number and the man said he's calling from Qwest Customer Service to see how we like our service, I told him odd he's calling since I just called them on Monday.. he couldn't answer any of my questions and once he "supposedly" pulled up my account he was done with his call to me.. asked if there's any issues I need to discuss? Too wierd, I'm asking Qwest about this.. their closest office to me is in P***nix with a toll free number and this local number is the same prefix, etc as my cell which is a Sierra Vista cell number yet it pulls up as A Locksmith in Tucson?  So****ing stinky going on here!

This was weird, the caller ID said ARIZONA and showed the # above, but the call was from a friend in England.
