I GOT CALL FROM DANIEL AROUND 6 MONTHS AGO I THOUGHT HE WAS A SCAM AS WELL. THEN I RECIVED A LETTER FROM THE DVM SAYING MY LICENSE WAS BEING SUSPENDED. I COULDN'T BELIVE THE STATE GIVES PEOPLE THE POWER TO DO THIS IF YOU DON'T PAY A CLAIM. THE WORST PART WAS WHEN I CALLED HIM BACK BECAUSE I DIDN'T TAKE CARE OF IT THE FIRST TIME. HE WAS UN WILLING TO WORK WITH ME WOULD ONLY TAKE THE BALANCE IN FULL.

Same here, got a phone call from Dan  and when I asked for info and what agency is he from, he ask for my info and said that it usually in reference to driver lisence suspentions and garnishment. I did not give away my info.It looks like a scam

now thinking about it.....seems like they might be phishing for a Drivers License #.....welcoming a call back from Daniel so I can call the Tucson authorities...

Chuck....very weird my wife got a call (left message) from the same number and from a guy named Daniel Oliviare (sp?) saying she was to call him back or her license could be revoked....Did you find out what the deal was?  I've left a return message to ask who he works for and what the deal is...

he said his name is dan & the phone call has so****ing to do with my driving privleges
