Sent them a check a few years back made out to Fraternal Order of Police. They returned it and asked for one made out to FOP Lodge **X. I've ignored them ever since.

I got a call at 8:15 am Sunday, and ***g up when no one responded to my "hello" immediately. They called back an hour later and I ignored it. I'll add it to my call screening.

This is a scam and not****ociated with any police departments in Arizona.

First they called me on a cell phone several months ago and I fell for it.  Got talked into making a donation to the FOP.  Yes, they are very aggressive.  They called a***n for weeks from the cell phone number and I did not pick up because I recognized the number.  Now, today, received call from this 399 number.  I did not pick up and no message was left.  I will not pick up a***n as we are on the no call list.

The guy called asking for someone else and when I said wrong number he said well maybe you can help me. Explaining about how officers work hard and wanted to know if they can count on our support. I said I googled this number and you are a scam do not call us back. All he said was "Ok thank you" and ***g up.

I had this number on the caller ID but didn't answer.  Glad I didn't - in the past these FOP guys have been rather aggressive on the phone.  They talk to you like you owe them money and then get nasty if you don't contribute.  Eff the police, wickey wickey wick wick wick, eff the police.

received call at 8:10 - said to person it's after 8:00 and I have a young child, he said FOP calling and lots going on after 8:00 and I shouldn't put my phone by my kid's bed!!!!!

Didn't bother to pick up as did not recognize the number. ID said 'Local Call Back'; this is not a number I have ever called and was not waiting for them to call me either.

I'm ashamed to admit that I live in Green Valley and these people give all of us a bad name. I don't know if they're affiliated with the Pima County Sheriff's Department or not (we have no police department here, but are served by the sheriff's office). If it helps you feel any better, residents here get these calls, too. The best remedy is to just **** up on them and be sure that they're on your do not call list.

They call constantly...harass me and then ask for money?  I don't think so.

If this is FOP, they're calling at 8:47pm, which I thought was a***nst the rules for telemarketers. Beside the fact that we're on the do not call list to begin with.
