Company keeps calling - don't want any more calls

called 02/15/11 @7:27pm.  i did not answer and they did not leave a message.

I keep getting phone calls from this company. They seem to think that if they keep calling I will have to buy so****ing from them. I have told them repeatedly NO, and yet they don't take no for an answer. This is absolutely harassment and I want it to stop.

Caller ****s up if call is answered, then calls back; received 6 calls within an hour.

Been a while since they called, guess I'm back on their list a***n.   I don't answer if the caller ID doesn't tell me who they are.  Just says "Arizona"

I am sick to ***** of receiving calls from this Casa Grande number.  When we answer someone immediately ****s up.  We did once talk to a woman who was calling about AC service and she was told that our AC was running perfectly and she ***g up.  Another call today (9/14/10) on our answering ma****e and it was a **** up from the same number.

Have received several calls and even voice mails.  Have requested not to be called.  Have told them I am on the national do not call list.  Calls still persist.  Most recently today, 14 Sep 2010.  They also do this P***nix and Prescott with different numbers.  This number does not track back to them.  Filed a complaint with the FCC.  Need a strategy that costs them money to get their attention.  Ideas???

Calls daily no message

I receive two or three calls a week from this number.  Called ID registers it as "Arizona"...they never leave a message and when someone answers they **** up. Last call was recieved on July 12th 2010 @ 10:49 am

The business is on Prince Road, Tucson AZ.  Put their phone number on some naughty websites and let them get junk phone calls in return.

This number has the ID Casa Grande, AZ on mine and they've been calling a minimum of 3x/day for over a month. After 3 calls back-to-back I picked up on the third and asked, "Why do you keep calling this number?" The guy s****ed singing the Barnum and Bailey Circus tune and then s****ed the a/c talk. I cut him off and said their incessant calls cons***ute harassment (and cut him off when he said he'd never called me before), and that they would expunge my number from their database immediately and ***g up while he was in midsentence.I get more solicitations now than I did before I got on the national do not call list.

I was home for the 3rd call from this number. After a lengthy pause, the caller picked up and s****ed a spiel about A/C. He (a real ****) wouldn't tell me who he was trying to reach or how he got my number (which is unlisted). He would just s**** his spiel after each question from me. When I asked why he was calling a number on the DNC he said that he was allowed to call numbers on the DNC as long as he wasn't expecting payment at the time of the call, and rattled off a long list of codes. As far as I know, this is not true. DexKnows indicates that this number is an unpublished number in Casa Grande AZ. What legitimate company calls from an unlisted phone number? I filed a complaint at donotcall.gov

Caller ID reads :: DAVID CHARLES :: Scam caller solicits home air conditioning unit overhauls and warranties. It's just another dupe job!

We are getting calls from same number randomly.. Caller ID helps! But need to do so****ing about it!

We get this call 4 or 5 times a day if not more sometimes. No answer on the other end if you answer the phone, no message ever left on the answering ma****e. Caller ID says Casa Grande AZ. Totally ANNOYING indeed.

This call keeps coming in from Desert Heating. I called this company several months ago and told them that they were calling me in error and that I had never done business with them before and that I was on the DO NOT CALL List. I then blocked them because they still kept calling me. When I had blocked to my limit, I withdrew the old blocked calls and they s****ed calling me a***n. I have blocked them a***n but this has got to stop. I do not want to ever do business with this company just because of their selling harassment calls.

After setting up an appt, we tried to call back to no avail, using the internet I found this web page.  I would never trust a company that does not tell you the real name of their business

Call received.. no message.  It seems the Do Not Call list is becoming a joke.... at least we'll get the tax increase.

I just received a call from this number, and after reading the comments here, and calling the Desert Air or whatever it was myself, I reported them to the FTC.  I would encourage everyone here to do the same if you are being harrassed continually.

I got these calls too and finally got them to answer. Its a heating and cooling co from Tucson AZ offering free maintenance on your ac. I think their name was Desert Valley.

this number shows up on my caaller id as arizona. they call 2 to 3 times a day and leave no message, they ring the phone 3 times and then **** up. i'm going to try to block this call and hope it works.

This needs to STOP. They call everyday, no message and they **** up if you answer!

They have called us numerous times. No answer when my children answer the phone and it's irritating.  I did call them back from my caller ID and they said they'd take us off their call list.  They did not and continually call. I called tonight and said I would pursue charges as they are harassing us at this point and the night manager, Michelle, said she would definitely remove us from the call list.  We'll see.

I think it's some sort of phishing scam. I got a call from this number tonight, no one was on the other end and I just got a busy signal. I called the number back and the woman who answered said 'Desert Valley Air'. I doubt that's who it really is as I've never done business with this company.

I get frequent calls from this number.  They don't say anything.  They **** up after a few seconds.  Very irritating!!!

Calls several times a day for a couple months. Never leaves a message. Caller ID just says P***nix AZ    P***nix isn't even in the 520 area.

I also get a couple of calls from this number everyday and it is getting annoying. The individual calling does not leave a message or answers when I answer. I have tried calling back the number but you need a long distance access code to reach the individual or company.

Call several times never a message.

I get these call 2 or 3 times a day 7 days a week.  Don't leave a message an d don't answer when we answer. We are in our 70's and this is very harassing.
