They call asking for a relative that do not live here anymore. I keep telling them that but they call s****ing at 8 and many times until 9pm. I do have small children and I have the bad luck to be called when they take a nap. I tell them this person lives out of town now, but they keep calling me.

This is an Arizona number and we called Sears.  This company is a fake we live in the 520 area code.  Sears doesn't allow you to pay with another credit card.  I'm in Law enforcement I'm turning this over to the better business bureau for the counties.

Some One has been calling me multiple times a day.

Calls several times a day-all week, 7 days, but never leaves message on answering ma****e. I don't know if there is some law or so****ing but others like GE DO leave a message. It is very frustrating and annoying!Does anyone know if debt collectors are required to leave a message AND if the are supposed to call Monday thru Friday and only from 8AM to 9PM? I can not seem to get clarification on this. Also, if it is a business is it not REQUIRED that their name show up on caller ID? Curious to know these answers. TIA

They called here this morning and ***g up when I answered.  My husband called back and it was on behalf of the Sears Mastercard.  He asked them to check that the account was current, they did so, and said that it was current.  They apologized for the earlier call saying they had "incomplete" information at the time.  I guess it comes down to the fact that it's easier for them to call than to be sure first.  Anyway, it was Sears/Mastercard.  Our account was current and there was no late payment.

Company cell phone gets calls from this number and they are always looking for Martha M.  I have had this number since Februrary 2007, you would think they would give up on the notion of collecting.

This co. has phoned us 17 time in 10 days. Often they phone at night approximately 8 p.m. and then first thing in the morning as a wake up call. Today was the first time a person was on the sending end, asking for the head of the household. I stated, "You've called a million times." The 88 year old finally arrived to retrieve the phone and the young lady had ***g up. There are many complaints. The head of the household has severe balance issues of which she has been hospitalized and in her attempts to answer the phone, only to have on one respond, she experiences near to actual falls. Therefore, the consequences of these insidious calls could result in hip fracture and its sequelle....pneumonia, and *****....STOP CALLING AND HURTING PEOPLE. YOU WILL BE SUED IF SHE FALLS A***N!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Has been calling weekly for the last month or so, and never leaves a message. I don't answer out-of-state cell phone calls without a caller ID name, nor do I return calls without a message. I would call them back, IF they'd leave a flippin' message.

I was expecting a very important call on  my cell phone and I got this call instead...It seems that it was a ma****e with a prerecorded message...The company did not identify itself but s****ed asking me if I was interested inlower cost medical insurance..I ****ed up when I realised this was not so****ing legitimate.I am no the do not call list and should not get those...Probably a scam where you are going to be asked your social security number!

Calls numerous times on my sister's phone, doesn't have courtesy to say who is calling and what company is calling.

This company or lack thereof has been calling me every day multiple times a day and I told the caller that the person they want no longer resides at the address/phone to no avail.  This is not even my account and I'm STILL getting harassed.

We have been receiving calls from this number at home and on my cell phone. When I answered, the lady harassed me about a payment (that I do not owe) and requested that I pay over the phone with a credit card. I told her I was not comfortable with giving private information over the phone to those who called me unsolicited and she proceeded to lecture me about late payments and accrual of late fees. She asked to confirm my home address, which I also did not give her. Do NOT pay this company - how do I get them to stop paying?
