Yep, it was UPS.  If I hadn't checked here, I wouldn't have known, because they didn't leave a voice mail and I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.  They lost a package and are investigating it.  So thanks for posting the number to return the phone call.

The number is UPS. They were trying to track a package that they had lost. I had already contacted the company that did the shipment and they sent a replacement. UPS is still in the dark as to what happend to the first shipment. I get stuff for my business from all over the country and have asked all my contacts NOT to use UPS, they loose stuff all the time. I do find it funny that they always say they are sorry, I told the last guy from UPS that said that, YES I know you guys are sorry, real sorry when it comes to service. He got a little upset. I won't ever ship anything UPS.

If the can't deliver to the address on the package for some reason UPS has s****ed delivering packages to the last address listed for you with a successful delivery. Even if that was 20 years ago. I have had to track down packages!! GGGGRRRRRRR!!!!!!

It was definately UPS, they were calling me regarding a package I didn't receive (but there records show it was delivered). They didn't leave a voicemail either but confirmed it when I called them back at 866-706-6897

I was on the phone with an online retailer trying to see why I didn't receive an item I ordered, and actually received a call from ******6-6666. UPS was the delivery service that was supposed to have delivered the item that never came.  I am****uming that the call from ******6-6666 was indeed UPS.

I just got a call from this number, didn't answer because I didn't recgonize the number but they left a voice mail. It was a woman's voice that said ".... previous message" and that was it.

Received a call on my cell from this number 5/11/09.  Did not answer because I did not recognize the number.  No message was left.

I wasn't expecting to have a voicemail, but they did leave one!It was a lady saying she was from UPS calling about a package that I paid to have shipped from New York overnight that said was delivered but never was. It was supposed to have been delivered on July 8th and I made the claim on July 9th. And they're just now calling about it?In the message she left all my info including my name, address, where the package was coming from and the tracking number. She said she was calling to see if I was experiencing difficulties with the shipment. DUH! That's whay I made a claim about it!!Anyway - it's UPS or someone claiming to be from UPS.
