same as above. called at 12:30 AM! automated msg stating they were calling from michigan ed credit union. isn't there a law protecting us from these scammers from calling at all hours of the night?

they called at 12:30 am and woke us up. It was an automated message saying that they were calling from Texas Amercian Bank and that our account has been compromised. I searched and there is no such bank. A reverse lookup shows this was American Home Maintenance in Tuscon, AZ.

Got an automated call on my cell from "American Home Maintenance".  Said so****ing about an unauthorized 3rd party using my card and asked me to input my 16-digit card # for security purposes.  I ***g up.
