All of my numbers have been registered with DoNotCall since it's inception. I just filed a complaint on the DoNotCall website. I hate scammers! I know I can handle a*holes like these because I'm completely jaded, but it makes me worry about older and more gullible people who will be victimized.

I just reported two numbers to the Do Not Call Registry, both numbers are from "Card Services. The numbers are 520-907-1562 and 801-232-5***. I told the 520 number that I had asked last week that I not be called anymore and that I was on the do not call list...the nasty person on the phone told me he didn't care!! I told him to lose my number and unfortunately he said so****ing I couldn't understand before he ***g up. This is really ****ing me off!
Saw the number on ID, didn't pick up. I guess the "Do Not Call" registry means nothing to them. ID said "Wireless Caller."
This is a scam. They say they want to lower your interest rates for your Visa and Mastercards. They call several times a day and at all hours of the day and night. Each time I ask them to stop calling they just **** up on me.
http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/microsites/donotcall/index.htmlAbove link is for the National Do Not Call List. It only takes LESS than a minute to register your number, but you must call from the phone number you are registering. If your not on the list, do it today. If you ARE on the list, and have been for more than 31 days, you have recourse through the Federal Trade Commission, through this site. File a formal complaint, and the call WILL stop. I have done it!

Same as everybody else - tired of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Blue Licenses is an AT&T holding company that stores the phone numbers of cell phones using the AT&T (or the old Cingular) network. The Arizona scammers (520-907-1562) are using an AT&T network, but they do not represent Blue Licenses.
Robo call promising to reduce credit card debt (I have none.) Like the others reporting this number, I am on the "Do Not Call List."
A police whistle works wonders - IF you can get to a live person
Didn't bother to pick up. Called twice today. Checked on other sites. Telemarketing, credit card offer. If I happens a***n I will report them to the FCC - that has worked well in the past.
Says they are "Card Member Services". Have received several calls over the past few weeks. Pressed number for representative. Asked to be removed from list. They ***g up. Called back a few days later. A search from www.callercomplaints.com says they are Blue Licenses Holding, Llc. in Tucson, AZ.
These people call me every day at work. I refuse to answer it because I don't know the number. Thank goodness for caller I.D. But it is a real bother to have my phone ringing every day for so****ing non-work related. I guess it would be worse if they called my house, though.
I just received the same call, didn't answer, and when I called back, a message told me that they hadn't set up their voicemail yet. Ha.
See JimJ's comments. They try to make it sound like it's YOUR credit card company calling, but it ain't.1st time I received a call like this, three was a menu option to stop the calls --- it didn't do anything. The second time I requested that they do not call.Just received another call (fourth or fifth time) this AM and let it ring. Yes****ay, I answered the phone, pressed "1" to speak to consultant, and set the phone down and let them wait for once.Maybe next time I"ll set it next to the TV. Either that or buy a loud air horn ;oQ
This one is new. Called ID says it from a cell phone in AZ. Lower your credit card interest rate. The usual **** that they have been saying when they call from various different numbers. Last night they called and it was WI number on caller ID.
No one was on the line when answered and they keep calling a business. We are on the do not call registry, and we seem to recieve more marketing calls that we did before we signed up.
Robo call said they could lower my credit card interest rates. When I pressed 1 to speak with a "friendly customer service rep" and asked if she was friendly she insisted to ask me how much I owed. I a***n asked if she was friendly a***n NO answer. I asked to remove my number and she ***g up. Not so friendly!
