Leave a CommentJust got a call from this number at Sep. 30th at 11:46 A.M. on my cell phone I picked up and no answer. I tried to call back and no dial tone or anything. Nothing on caller id just the phone number.
Same here, and it's becoming annoying. I filed a complaint with the FCC, advise everyone else to do the same.
We received three phone calls each day, so far three days in a row from this number 520-917-3300. It disconnects as soon as I answer. When we call this number, it just disconnects.
Received a call from the number: 520****-3300, I did not answer, and they did not leave a message.
still hap***ning, in tucson, 9-5-2008, same deal - called my cell, they ***g up, call back and auto-****s up. Irritating...
This number has called me 4 times, each time I get the call there is no one on the line, if I call the number it does not go thru. When the call comes in, the previous caller id call is deleted from my caller id.
Pretty much the same as above. Call came in from "call center". I was on the other line and couldn't answer. No message. Glad these sites are here so we can make sure these folks aren't up to no good.
I work literally across the street from CompUPay, listed as calling me this morning (9/04/08) at 11:09 am. I'm tempted to walk across the street and knock on the door and ask them what is up. Either they have an autodialer that's going crazy or someone has s****ed their number. Maybe they should contact their Telco and find out what is going on and report back to us here, no?
just called me too! I missed the call no message and when I tried to call back it just ***g up.
520-917-3300 called on 9/3/08 @ 11:20 am. I answered but it was silent and ***g up. my caller id showed "call center"
Asked to talk to me. When I asked for them to leave a message they just said no thank you and ***g up. I am also in Tucson.
Got 2 calls form this number this pm. Called back and got an immediate fake dial tone. Reported it here and encourage others to do the same: http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm
Let the phone ring - no message. Like everyone else, I'm also in Tucson.
Called my cell phone - no message - on 8-19-08 at 7:11pm. I am also in Tucson.
Same as other posts above. Concerning having so****ing in common: I have an unlisted cell number, but still got a call from 520-917-3300 on Aug 12, 2008. I am in Tucson, however, as others seem to be. Must be randomly calling local numbers for marketing purposes.
520-917-3300 call from this number at 330pm Sunday, shows up on caller ID as CompUPay, I visited their website and it shows a variety of services including background checks, payroll online, construction payroll etc. I checked and they do have a location in Tucson, with a different number of course, when I called it, says they are only open Mon-Friday. No law is broken if they call and **** up, however they are showing representation of Compupay and that could be an issue.I did a carrier look up on the number from here http://freesms.1888usa.com/revcell.htm and found this........(520)****-3300Type: Land LineProvider: Brooks Fiber Communications - TusconLocation: Tucson, AZSo Brooks Fiber could tell more if anyone wants to contact them????You can also verify Brooks owns it from here too http://www.fonefinder.net/Do we all have so****ing in Common??
I have received several calls from the number shown above. When I do answer, the caller disconnects.
That number has been calling my home an average of 3 time a day since 1 August, I called that number back and it doesn't even ring just clicks and ****s up.
I received 2 calls from this number one onn August 2,2008 and August 5,2008. Caller ID says COMPUPAY. Does anyone know what that is??
This is not Compupay calling. I am the regional sales manager in Tucson and this number is a fraud. Our company is investigating.
Don't know who/what this is. Comes in as Compupay on ID.
