Have received the same pre-recorded message from Jeff Harris about ***** carpets 3 different times, from 3 different numbers. 2/21/11  from 775-384-26953/8/11 from 775-384-26913/12/11 from 775-384-2670I have reported this to the FTC as I am also on the do not call registry.  Everyone who receives these calls should file a complaint with the FTC.  Don't know if it will do any good though.

This is no longer a working number. For over a year now I keep getting annoying calls and they just called using 916-222-4456. I called and it is also not a working number.  However, I just tried 972-360-6141 and received a recorded message.

did you locate any personal info on this creep? I tried a records search and got diddly for my efforts. I know we can each sue for up to 5000 in small claims and CA statute allows for penalties of $500.00/violation. At the very least, maybe we can get his phone service turned off. (I attempted to call back the # that called me - I am in ta*** - 775-384-2639 - and it is an auto dialer out, won't take incoming calls. )

Would love to help your facebook but cant find it.... we also need to get a records search and find the real name and address then we can each sue in small claims actions at $500.00/each violation  to max of $5000.00/case - NOW that should get his attention...

does anyone know their business address, website or any other info.  if not, i'll figure it out.  probably can't stop them but i can certainly cause them tens of thousands of dollars of business disruptions from the comfort of my local internet cafe.

This person gets all their numbers by using Magic Jack. They are referred to as burn-numbers since after a number of complaints they just get a new one for 20 bucks and forget the old one. One way to go after them may be to complain through Magic Jack though not sure how effective they will be.

They called us today.  The number they gave to call if interested was 972-360-6141, which is a local #.  the # on my caller i.d. was 775-384-2670.

These people have harrased me for over three years. I registered with the do not call list several years ago and reregistered last month. Still the calls come! This week I called them and setup an appointment when they arrived I asked for a contractors license number after my checking they do not have one. At the bottom of their work order form it states contractor or technician.They do not have a truck mounted unit they have a pickup truck with what looks like a small worn out unit you would rent at the grocery store!When i talked to the criminal in charge he immediately tried to sell me more services BAIT AND SWITCH? When i did not take the bait he said the guys would give me an estimate when they arrived.The name of the company is Americas best cleaning and restoration, the phone number they called me from is 916-622-7074 the criminals said that their office is in Truckee Ca. I am encouraging all of you to call and make appointments at their office numbers 916-222-4456 and 530-210-5537 let them come to your home and wast lots of their time. I am now filing a complaint with the the FEDS.PLEASE JOIN THE FIGHT!

I have call blocked this **** so often I can't even count.  He uses tons of numbers from Nevada City, CA to Reno/Sparks Nevada.  He is relentless and will not stop.  If anyone has any more good ideas, let me know.  I can't believe these harrassing phone calls are legal.

Same message as described by others, from number 775-384-9233 Reno NV from "Jeff Harris" to make appointment to call 858-222-0514.  Filed complaint at Do not call registry.  These guys left messages previously, I filed my complaints, but...

I just got one of those automated calls from "Jeff Harris".  I have in the past filed reports with the FTC and CA Attorney General's office.  This time however I called the number given (858-222-0514) and left an enthusiastic message leaving our police chief's name and the police non-emergency number

Received a call from these people or person.  Carpet, Tile and Furniture Cleaning Services $9.99 to clean any room give me a break.  Pressed 1 and got voice mail.  Asked to be called back.  They called back which went to voice mail with the number to call them back.  858-222-5014  When they do I'll make an appointment with them just to waste their time like they are with mine.  Also I hope to garner their business address and owner's name to take them to small claims.  Usually, I just give them the phone number of the state's attorney general to call but this time I've got time to burn.  I do believe it is the same one that operates out of Las Vegas calling themselves Carpet Cleaning Services and the person running the show builds his own auto-dialer he also dispatches or so he says from there.  Had a good chat until I couldn't take it anymore and blasted him.  Not that it phased him.

They also use:775-657-9398858-222-0514530-210-5537 I actually spoke with him on this one. You can ****er him in briefly. I don't how long I could have kept it going. I asked if they were local and he said yes. When I asked if they are also the company that disregards the Do Not Call Registry he said "BFD" (not abbreviated). I've read about other ****** encounters with this s***.They've been calling us for over a year even though we're on the DNC registry AND I've called them several times and told them not to call. I couldn't figure out why anyone would want to do business this way -- I mean I "get" pranks, but I didn't see how anyone would get their jollies from this. Hearing a description of what showed up at your house has made this scam crystal clear. Thanks for the insightful details.

These clowns call every week even though I have asked them to stop. Anytime I get one of them to call me back I always ask questions about their company. They will give you half an answer to your first question then promptly **** up on you. I finally agreed to let them come out to my house and MAN, you should've seen these creeps. This broken down little pick-up truck showed up in my driveway. This thing was a rolling wreck! Different colored body panels, one headlight broken completely out, hood was held down with ****ee cords and the ****ler was dragging. A guy named Hans jumped out of the passenger side and ran right up to me wanting to know how big of job I had for him. He was clearly high. His clothing was worn and torn. The woman driving had this gaunt, sunken look, just like someone with a long drug history. They had what looked like a Rug Doctor tied down in the back of the truck.I told him there was no way they were coming inside my house. I asked what the name of their company was and he said "The Carpet Cleaning Experts". I told him I tried to get information about their company and was unable to do so. He seemed surprised. He told me about all the different offices they had in all these western states. It was pure junk what he was saying. No business card. I asked him who Jeff Harris was and he stated Jeff was the advertising manager. Good one.No doubt they were casing my house. DO NOT even allow these criminals to come out to your house. I have reported these calls on the Do Not Call Registry several times and the calls continue.  Now they are using a different call back number. ******6-6238. The calls are being generated from 775-657-9368 and 775-657-9356.  The message of "ARE YOUR CARPETS *****" is still the same annoying message but with the numbers c****ed.

I don't think there is a carpet cleaning company, I think it is a hoax to get the gullible to pay in advance with a credit card number, I think the calls are made from out of state and just re-routed locally.He called from 530-205-9010, the message said to call 916-222-4456This scam has been going on for years. I'm sick of it too!I hope it catches up with them soon!

Constant calls from this number.  If Jeff Harris thinks he will be getting business by constantly harassing me w/ his overly annoying messages he is dead wrong.  Bad reviews will appear everywhere...and NOT just from ME.

They also use 530-205-9361 and 530-205-9116 and 530-2059364 and 530-205-9512.  The recorded message "ARE YOUR CARPETS *****" is annoying and frequent.  We called the number they leave to complain and an elderly sounding woman answered.  She said she does not have a business and gets calls all the time like ours.

We are on the do not call, list they called for a carpet cleaning place, which we receive a lot but have never had dealings with, nor would we want to do business with them. We have two previous calls from this company recorded on our answering ma****e.The guys name is Jeff Harris for the carpet tile cleaning experts.
