I have had two calls from this number, when I answer they **** up. I just called back to see if I get same call back response as others. I got an answering ma****e with a standard automated message. I didn't leave a message. Since this is a local call, I answer, thinking it is a friend or acquaintance. But it apparently is not. It isn't a company I am sure. I think this is a cell phone because I don't recognized the prefix 207, but there are many small areas around here that it might belong to. It isn't Oroville and pretty sure not Chico.

This person calls my childs prepaid cell phone when I try to call it back to find out what they wanted I get no answer and the ma****e says the nmail box is full. Is this a pervert or a bill collector?
