These people have harrased me for over three years. I registered with the do not call list several years ago and reregistered last month. Still the calls come! This week I called them and setup an appointment when they arrived I asked for a contractors license number after my checking they do not have one. At the bottom of their work order form it states contractor or technician.They do not have a truck mounted unit they have a pickup truck with what looks like a small worn out unit you would rent at the grocery store!When i talked to the criminal in charge he immediately tried to sell me more services BAIT AND SWITCH? When i did not take the bait he said the guys would give me an estimate when they arrived.The name of the company is Americas best cleaning and restoration, the phone number they called me from is 916-622-7074 the criminals said that their office is in Truckee Ca. I am encouraging all of you to call and make appointments at their office numbers 916-222-4456 and 530-210-5537 let them come to your home and wast lots of their time. I am now filing a complaint with the the FEDS.PLEASE JOIN THE FIGHT!

I just ****ered him into thinking I wanted to hire him by asking if they are local since I couldn't find them and he said yes. I also asked if he was the same Jeff Harris Carpet Company that disregards the do not call registry and he said BFD (not abbreviated), to which I ripped into him. I wished I played it out longer and even set up an appointment at a bogus location. He won't get that much effort from me. I had left a message with about 30 seconds of mouth ****s (raspberries) and closed with "this is the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY TAKING A $#!+ on you!" and several other immature messages such as that. I'd like to say I'm not proud of my behavior, but it was actually quite satisfying and I think I might call them daily and leave some sort of special message of the day. Next message will be a simple scream. As loud as I possibly can and for as long as possible, I will scream. The next day my message will be "hey I got your message and I'm interested. Call me at AHHHHHHHHHHHH!"There are complaints ALL OVER the web about this guy. I've been getting their calls for over a year -- actually its been like its been three years as I remember them beginning during a difficult time for us.FYI -- they have LOTS of phone numbers including (but not limited to):858-222-0514775-657-9398530-210-5537 (this is the number he used when I actually spoke with him. Of course it goes to vm now.)

He has called us about 20 times in the past year from American Best Carpet- 775-657-9064 with an automated message.  When you leave a message, Jeff Harris calls you from 530-210-5537 then ****s up if you tell him to stop calling.

This **** (Jeff Harris) has harrassed us from 8 different phone numbers including this one with annoying robo-calls.  I encourage everyone to keep reporting him to the DNC registry.  Also, if you have select call forwarding, forward your top 10 most annoying repeat callers to his answering ma****e - 916-222-4456.
