She advises me someone will be out to my house tomorrow to discuss benefits re: my mortgage. She refers to a “form” I supposedly filled out but can’t tell me the name of the form. Her supervisors name she gave me was arrested for residential burglary last year. I believe this was a scam and a way for them to know if you will be home or not,
