I have recieved several calls from this guy, heavy accent, but his name c****es from John Smith to Robert Smith.  He also used to have a 206 number.  This is a scam!!!!   they are telling you that you got a pay day loan and never paid back. I have tried to call back but get a message telling me the mobile user is out of the area.  Please report to local police and business bureau.

OK a "Robert Smith" just called my cell phone saying they were pressing charges a***nst me for a 300 Payday Loan that I had transfered into my Checking Account and never paid back! He didnt ask for any information...he just wanted me to know he was sending papers that I would have to sign and I could tell my "story" to the judge. He said that they had been sending me emails and I've not responded to any of them!! Hmmmm....why not a phone call...a letter in the mail!?? He left a voicemail and said If I didnt call him back.....all he could do was "Wish me good luck" When I talked to a live person and tried to get more information he said "You will receive papers...GOD BLESS YOU" and he ***g up in my face!! What the heck! So not funny....this really scared me!

i just got a call from this number, heavy accent, threatening me with jail.  he said his name is brendon taylor. what really scared me was the fact that he had my information.  he told me they were coming to get me on monday at my job.  i went to the police and they called the number.  he answered  the phone and once he realized it was the police he would not answer a***n.

I got this too!!!!!  He called my work and when I called back he told me to hold that he was getting his other line and had noooooooooo accent the first time.....when he answered with an accent I told him to go to*****.......I googled the number and saw that it wasnt just me

The actually gave me a name of Sam Wise, atleast that is what I think he was saying.  Also said wishe me the best.  He said he was with the Law firm of Bank Office of Customs Affairs.  He called my work. I am not about ready to call him back. I agree this needs to spot.  This is not the first time this has happened to me.  The last bunch was Asian.

instacash- 530-236-3512 - scam, bill collector - they are not very smart, take the number call them back let them know your contacting the police and AG for your state and let em know if they think they have a case for a law suit, GO FOR IT, You don't have to pay them anything.  It is complete and total BS and they are all bark.

the Indian guy called my cell at least 10 or more times stated that there is a legal case a***nst me that I need to contact them now and if I do not then he wishes me the best in a mean way. He is very hard to understand. I had my daughter answer once and he tried to gett answer out of her then she ***g up. This is really crazy and this bull needs to stop....
