Received call on my unlisted cell phone. Computerized Telemarketer trying to sell car repair warrenty

I have had a couple of missed calls from this number - glad I missed them - don't want to pay for long distance calls

***mer...just found out the DNC list is only for CA***IAN companies to abide to.  US companies are free to bug us all they want!  Typical...Beware another number 206-462-1796 Spanish scam with Seattle number; DO NOT HIT "1"!

When you answer those calls, pick up, but say nothing.  Wait for them to act first.  Do not acknowledge - if you press 1, you are saying "yes, this is an active number, SPAM AWAY!"

Got this call on my cell. Another number from California called the other day too. Annoying to say the least. Anyway to make it stop ? Also got another similiar call from 1 707-518-4532 .

i answered because i didnt see the area code and it was some computer guy saying my phone number was the lucky winner of some promotion and to press 1 to recieve it... i ***g up XD

I got the call today at lunch.After reading these posts, I will not call back. This telemarketing is bu***hit on my personal cell phone.

I called back all I got was weird olympic style music.Weird

Telus can kiss my a**.  I am in Ca***a but took the call while in New York.Now i'll have roaming charges out the a**.TELEMARKETING DOES NOT WORK.  BE A LITTLE MORE INNOVATIVE!!!

I also got a call from this number, however I was at work and missed the call. I didn't call it back because I didn't recognize the number and thought if it had been important, there would have been a message. I too am in Ca***a and not sure how they got my number as it's a cell phone and unlisted. I can't wait for the DNC list to s****.

yep, this do***ebag called me today.  Only 28 more days until the no-call list kicks in and no more of this ****!!!

****ed ****** telemarketers!!!They called me to my cell phone. Usually I wouldn't answer a phone call from a stranger, but since I have some job applications ongoing I picked up. I have prepaid service.

I got it too and just ignored it. Some promotion is not worth the long distance charge. funny that it's a Telus promotion... even though my carrier is Rogers.

Yea this guy called me to in Ca***a...said it was a Telus Promotion then told me to press 1 to receive the promotion..
