This scammer is using at least one other number: 650-249-6244. I know this because the 650 number left the exact same robocall previously, just with a different phone number. Block both numbers because this scammer will call multiple times per day, which violates laws like the TCPA. No mini-Miranda given. No identification of the debt collector. Yep...this scammer is in trouble.
