I just received a phone call from the same law firm you all are talking about. Anderson Law Firm saying I took out a pay day loan and they were suing me. They said in 2 days I would have a warrant out for my arrest. The guys name was Dustin Wright. When you try to call them back it does not even ring at times. Tired for 3 hrs to call them back and get the name of their law firm. No one will tell you what law firm it is with. Very unprofessional, very rude. When I got through to them I asked the name of their law firm and was ***g up on. Tried a***n and some guy answered by the name of John Sermandez saying he was an atty. and why am I harassing them. I told them you called me and I wanted to know the name of their firm. He said give me your ss# so I can look up the case. I said no way I have already had money taken from my checking acct. and I was not going to give them any info. He ***g up on me a***n. Then he called me back and said he needed more info. I said you just called me and so you must have my info. he said yes and that he would get a hold of the company and call me back.I told him go ahead I have already been in contact with FTC. and Sherriff's office and my bank is also doing an investigation as well. Well the number all the other reports are generated from is different than the one I received today. But, I know it is the same group. The number I got called from is 501-722-6025.

Man with Asian accent claimed to be from United Financial Criminal Division (or Dept). Uses several different american names when calls. Claims I defaulted on an Online payday loan (don't have an online payday loan). Claimed my SSN# and house address were under investigation and if I did not respond the police would come to my door and arrest me.

I got 5 calls this morning from this so called Anderson Law Office . I called the Pa State Attorney Generals Office and reported them . They will handle this and press charges . The Man of with a accent threatened me and called me an international begger and said I would get 100 calls a day . They are not a REAL legal firm and just trying to scam hard working people . I never got a loan or anything from them , WHAT A CROCK !!

I got one of these calls and I think its bu***hit too!!! I never received a loan ever! They do not even conduct themselves in a professional manner to make it seem real! Then the one thing that made me really sure that it was fake was they said we will take you to court of you will need to pay $888 today! haha! and they have the WEIRDEST hold music DEF. a scam!

I decided to call them back after calling the collection harassment number. After I identified myself the person asked if I had contacted my attorney. I told them that I had not, but I went ahead and filed a complaint with the FTC and the FBI. The person then said "Thank you very much" and ***g up. I guess we will see if I get anymore calls.

I had these poeple call me today I did not answer it, and the man left a voicemail telling me the same for "god to have mercy" I called back and when I told them my lawyer was one 3 way they got quiet and ***g up. You can call this Collection harrisment# 800 379 0688. These are real lawyers and they can tell you more. All they are is a SCAM! they can not do anything! I gave there number out to friends and family and had them harris the people and say nasty things to them. It made me feel so much better!  I had my Id stolen and had to c****e my cell b4. these people are HORRIBLE!

I just received a call from these people today on my cell phone. This is not the first time hearing about this scam/phishing attempt. My mom got a call from a Dustin Wright from Legal Affidavit Ofiice and luckily, I am a soon to be paralegal so I helped her in finding out where the calls came from and etc. My friend as well. Now, me. Here is the short end of the story. Someone calls me saying I had a  lawsuit filed for God knows what. Now, here is the ****** part. They wanted MY attorney's information so THEY could file. Now, I thought YOU would have to file FIRST then have that person subpeonaed. Anyway, I knew they were full of **** because they would not even tell me what the lawsuit was but to ask me about not knowing about the lawsuit. LOL! I threatened to call the police on them and he was beligerent (sp). Do not give these people your information. IT IS NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF FOLKS WHO HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEIR TIME!

Got a call from this number. I have no idea who it was.

I spoke to an Attorney today and I learned that if the debt is real they can sue but they can not have you arrested. Its now two days past when they said I would be served or arrested and nothings happened yet how about the rest of you?

I had same call today at work from person named michelle lewis, talked to my boss and had my last four digits of social sec, checking number last 4 digits, adress,and place of employment

I got a call from these very mean people saying I was being sued by Instant cash< for falsifying a payday loan. I never got a payday loan ever. I tried to tell them that but they say I will be receiving do***ents with a court date in California. They represent them selves as being with Anderson Law firm. They have my home address and the last 4 of my SS#. They cuss at me they keep ****ing up on me when I ask A question. They tell me money was deposited into my bank account and when they tried to take the money back out for a payment the account was closed. I told them that the bank account has been closed for over a year, he told me I could have deposited in a friends account. He said my do***ent will show check fraud, bank fraud, and falsifying information to obtain a loan. I am hoping this is BS cause I have found many people saying that this is happening to them.how can we stop these people at 530-331-8232

I was threatened with a lawsuit if I did not call be right away and the man said May God have Mercy on me if I didn't call him back. I ran a check on the number it belongs to a ***ndon Y***ie in CA. Does anyone know who this guy is.
