I get these call often. Always a different number but this time the same name. David Banks. I have given them my lawyers name, but they don't call him. Tomorrow i am calling my lawyer a***n with the three different numbers he uses, so hopefully he can get this taken care of. In the past i have been threatned but thes last few messages were not as threating as the previous ones.

Called before & said we qualify for pay day loan. we said no we dont want it. they said we were being recorded. we ended up ****ing up on them. several months later (yes****ay) they called saying that we need to find a good attorney since we haven't paid for our loan. scary thing is they have all our information & everything. They knew every detail. I called back to this number several times trying to figure out who we needed to contact. he said ***ody the police will be contacting you today. weird...

will call 15 times in a row. Asked for SS# and tries to transfer you. THIS CALLER IS A SCAM trying to get your information
