I got a call from a foreign man telling me  my daughter used my name as a reference and he didnt even say my last name..I have the phone call on my phone answer service and he told me I am in big trouble..Please do so****ing with this company calling all the time..

I got a call from this number ,saying the my husband made a cash advance online with a company that he wont give the name of.He also said that we could settle it out of court if my husband called him back.I asked how he got my number,he said that this cash advance has all of my husbands info.He also said that he would have to go to court.But we didn't get any court paper.He also called my brother and threaten him that they would take him to court too.

this number calls and i can't even understand them due to a thick accent. This IS FRAUD. they even called my work. I have no idea how they got my information, but unless i was in INDIA and somehow gave out my info, ...than I don't know what.

well.. just want to tell one thing when i got a call from them at that time i thoght that they are not from a legitimate company.. but after that having a brief discussion with the officer i came to know that they are not from any fraudual company... they din't asked for any money n the best thing is that when i asked for the resolvement outside the court they helped me & finally i'm out of the legal mess......
