(530) 554-2828

i get calls from 530-554-2828 someone with an accent and i can not even understand who they are asking for it is weird and very bothersome if i tell them not to call back they just **** up on me there has to be so****ing we can do to stop these calls

Have been receiving calls from this number daily.  When I pick up no answer or persons with heavy accents ask my name at least twice and then phone goes dead.  Today same thing, except when I asked who they are, my call was suddenly picked up (obviously transferred without my knowing) and another man asked if I was who I was, a***n.  He then preceeded to advise me he was with BCR a Collection agency, who has also been calling daily from a (202) area code.  This account was previously with another collection agency.  I have suffered a medical catastrophic illness and have fallen on hard times, which I had advised the previous collection agency.  Although this man was pleasant, he offered me a deal and when I explained I did'nt even have $$ to pay for prescriptions and oxygen he then stated it would be hitting my credit report.

Receive calls from this number daily.  When and if someone is on the line they has me my name I say "yes", they ask a***n, I say "yes" and they **** up. I have spoken with male and female with sometype of accents.
