Attempting to get reimbur*****t for renewal of Geek Squad. Difficult to do and was contacted by this pers who claimed he could handle it. Wanted to know if it is a scam. All s****ed with an email saying the renewal was taking place and I was being billed. I contacted the number on the email and they claimed to have cancelled, but had trouble getting reimbur*****t to me. Thought perhaps a phising. Anonymous January 26, 2024
