I just received a call from this company stating that I was being sued by USA Cash Advance for a payday loan that I never applied for.  The phone call came to my work.  He asked if I wanted to settle out of court, and if not then I would be summons by the court to pay for this debt.  When I explained to him that I hadn't received a payday loan with that company he mentioned that it may be a case of iden***y theft, but I really needed to settle the debt.  I asked when was the court date, he stated that someone would be up to my job to summons me and all that information would be in the summons.  Afterwhich, he verified the company that I worked for an recited my social security number.  I was stunned when I ***g up the phone.  I mentioned it to my co-worker and she told me to google the number and found that it was a scam.  I immediately spoke with the company I work for to enroll in a iden***y theft program that would allow me to be aware of any su****ious activity on my credit report.
