I was sent a message from IG for a Mike Ortiz. Says he's Latin American, and Italian American, and he grew up in California and both his parents are dead and no siblings. He's supposedly in the US Army in Afghanistan and is requesting $800.00 for leave application to come and visit in the US. I do believe this is a scam!
