has anyone thought of informing Microsoft how this is using their goodname to install this malicious software on other people computers? And how about the federal government since this crosses state lines, interstate commerce, federal computer crime, etc?

A**holes.I hope someone catches them and they get whats coming to them.I have several computer geeks ***ting them down.I will let ya know what happens .I didnt get a virus because my friend caught it before computer was infected.If anyone else has info .POST HERE ALSO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to **** site, got hit with a virus that locked up my computer and asked me to purchase anti spyware via credit card. It had this phone number posted on the top. I called it and an answering ma****e said for me to leave my information recorded and phone number. (fake MICROSOFT company!!)The program stated that I had agreed to purchasing licenses that had expired and when I read the agreement it had many typos and it kept saying that I needed to purchase the software so that my spouse and boss would not find out about what I had been doing. It also says that you can ask for a refund, but does not give you anyone to email or call about getting your money back.What a pain the the hind...!!!I am taking computer to geeks and removing everything from it!
