I recieved a call from this number stating that myself and my family were going to be served for court if i didn't pay them 999.00 dollars.  People this is a scam! Do not give any information!

I just received a call from these ppl telling me on Friday I was being served papers and wanting to get my account info to remove funds from my account for a loan I got w/ 2 people I work with. I am to be in California by 11 a.m. Monday for a hearing that I am being sued upon.

They have called us too. They are rude and cursed at us. They cannot provide us with proof of anything and only wish us luck in jail! They went as far as to tell my husband to go back to abusing his wife! How ridiculous!!!! We have been married over 20 years and he has never abused me! Surely, there is so****ing legal that can be done to stop these people. They claimed to be a law firm but would not disclose the name of the law firm.

THIS IS A SCAM, I received a call from this number....it is a scam.   Have received calls from these people, the best is when they wish you good luck......they try to use scare tactics, to read about the scam also look up complaints about 310-362-9395 or Fast Cash Int'l.  According to the other coplaints and files with Consumer Complaint Agencies these people are guilty of ID theft, they have taken your information from internet applications illegally.  Anyone that receives a call from this number should refer to local law enforcement or their State's Attorney Generals Office where complaints are handled, they will persue the caller's.   DO NOT CALL THEM BACK, THIS IS WHEN THE HARRASSMENT S****S.

I was called from this number and other people have made posts.  I'm trying to post this as many times as I can so people are aware. They were very threatening, very rude and trying to get money for a loan that I never requested nor received. I spoke to an Annie Wilson and a Jason Dasey.  They did not give me any info, and said I was going to jail for an amount of $640.22.  It was a scam, and some of my close friends quickly jumped into action called detective friends and lawyer friends.  All confirmed that this was a scam!They claimed to be calling from FEDERAL LEGISLATION representing INSTA CASH, but claimed that they could not provide me with any additional info when I kept asking and literally cursed at me and told me "good luck with going to jail".Absolutely no company nor creditor will speak to anybody like that whether they owe money or not and tell u that ur going to jail.I spoke to a cop at a nearby precinct and couldnt file an official report because they hadnt done anything fraudulent like take money or opened accounts under my name, but that if I didnt fall for it, they probably wont be calling back and unfortunately these people are hard to trace.So beware and don't fall for this!!!!

got three call today said name was amy jones on voicemail called from 7160166000 but gave ******4 2914 as call back number they said they were with federal buerua investigation and i was going to jail asked for 800 i ***g
