I have been getting on average 6 calls a night from this annoying phone #. I wish it would just stop.

I just signed up the Buffalo FBI phone numbers.  let em bother them directly for a while.

47 calls in 3 days from this number..thinking about taking a drive on out toSalamanca, NY 14779-9906 and go postal!!!!!!!!!!http://smartsmoker.com/contact/default.asp is their contact info...I suggest we all s**** calling them placing HUGE confusing orders to a non-exsitant address and when it comes time to give the credit card info, tell them just ship cod, when they say NO, say sorry and **** up, give them problems as they are giving US!! This number calls me up to 10 times a day, s****ing at 8a.m. I have called it back and it says"thank you for calling customer service" it is automated. I press 1 to talk to a rep but never can get on. I press 2 to have my numer removed and they still call. When they call they say nothing and I scream at them not to call. Who is it and how can I report them.

I s****ed receiving calls about 2 hours ago from this number and after the 4th call, I decided to search the number. Immediately I got this site and I'm glad I didn't delay.  I just emailed them re: taking legal action if they didn't remove my phone number from any and all call lists and/or if I received another call from them.  I knew this SmartSmoker "focus group" I found on craigslist sounded fishy then knew immediately it was a scam when it was required I purchase the product in order to parti****te in the group. I thought I'd deleted all personal info before hitting the "back" ****on to get away from the page, but I guess somehow it was recorded b/c I got an email from someone (who I replied to saying I wasn't interested b/c of having to pay) and now they're calling.http://smartsmoker.com/contact/default.asp

Same thing here, just s****ed tonight with this number, was 201-977-1457 and I never answered their 30 calls a day.  I now get the 540-322-3786 calls and do the same - ignore them.  If they can't leave me a voicemail I dont answer unknown calls, but it certainly interrupts life having to look at each call knowing it could be a friend or relative needing help or so****ing.

I had made internet inquiry about the "free" e-cigarette.  Well, it isn't free and they want a check or CC # so that was the initial reason I was called.  I just got another call from there, 540-322-3786 Fredricksburg VA.  This needs to stop.  I feel like it is open season on the american consumer - if it isn't Chase who calls and no one answers.  Which I will take to another level.  I swear I am considering selling my blood cuz the leeches are going o get me one way or another.

i am not even the one who gave them my number i put myself on their do not call list several times and still get several calls a day i just sent the company an email telling them this and that if i get contacted by that company anymore i will take legal action its nothing but harassment and im sick of it and their company so take me and my number off any lists they have me on.lets see how well that works.

28 missed phone calls within 6 hours. I just contacted the smart smoker website saying to take me off whatever list I am on or I will take legal action (I love lawyer friends!)

These people call and **** up. When you try to call back you have two options, place on a do not call list, or customer service. We placed the request for do not call and they called back 15 mins later. Then we tried to speak to a rep and they say that they are all busy and to try another option. You can try as much as you want, but they don't answer and don't stop calling either. There is no telling who is calling, but it's annoying!

It's for an electronic cigarette company. I knowingly signed up for more info and now they call up to 5x an hour. There are 2 options when you call back. 1) to speak to a cust rep (there never is one avail) OR 2)put your number on their "DONOTCALL LIST" also B.S. I am quite angryfied by their tactics, but then that's what I get by giving out my number. And the funny thing is I knew as I entered my phone number, that do I really need them to have my phone number.

Received call from this number today, 11/24/2009, it was a **** up.

They have been calling every hour, at the bottom of the hour.  No one there.  Reps are "busy" when I call back.

I s****ed receiving calls from this number yes****ay and it has s****ed a***n this morning.  When I answer no one is there and when I call it back I'm unable to speak with anyone but a recording.

Ok, so I have received 7 phone calls from this number since 8:30 this morning. On the last call, someone was actually there and she said that she was calling with "Smart Smoker." I interrupted and told her that I have received over 20 calls from them since yes****ay, had already asked to be put on their 'do not call' list, and that I would appreciate it if they would stop calling me. She was polite about it and said that she would personally add my number to their INTERNAL list. Hopefully that was the last call!

I have been receiving calls from this number for about 5 days now. It all s****ed with the ph#201-977-1457 and now is the ph# 540-322-3786. Many calls daily, with no messages left. The few times that I answered the phone, they ***g up on me. I ran both phone numbers and did a reverse search, the name of the company for both phone numbers is Level 3 Communications inc, LLC. The 540-322-3786 is a landline from Stafford VA. The other phone number is a landline from Hudson, NJ. I don't know what else to do, all I know is that I want these people to stop calling me. When I call the numbers all I get is a recording and no one ever answer. I also did what Liz did, putting my number in their "Do not call list" but that does not work, the calls continue.

I only s****ed getting these calls yes****ay, however, they have called me 13 times so far. They **** up when I answer the phone and when I call back I cannot get anyone. Also, yes****ay I put my number on their "Do Not Call List" but they continue to call! No name on the company, when you call back it just says "customer service" and of course the operators are all busy so you cannot get anyone on the phone.
