Caller claims to be from EMBLEMHEALTH, however NYC Emglemhealth organization disavows any knowledge of a emblemhealth division working out of the ******ia area...so don't give them any information!!...they also offer a phony 800 number if your su****ious that your caller id states UNKNOWN NUMBER...don't fall for that one either. Call the number on the back of your health card in your wallet and ask them if they need anything from you..
