Got a call fr 540-547-1270. Does anyone know the name of the person or company with this number?

I', sooooo sick of 540 547 1270 and 601 907 8542 and every other number they use to call and annoy me!!! They always **** up but yet they keep calling, STOP the madness!!

answered call and they immediately ***g up, have relatives in Va or I would not have answered. Does anyone know how they get your number or is it just one of those computerized automatic dialers?

540-547-1270 is a Credit Card interest rate reduction SCAM committing FRAUD to get you personal information. Phone number goes to a disconnect recording. They are attempting to get you information for ID THEFT purposes. Stay away or stay on the phone and waste their time. Give them fake information, using a card that has been replaced. After about 10 minutes, tell them that you see their number online as a Scam and Fraud. It's fun to hear them get mad after spending time with someone they think they have gotten.

credit card services..IT'S A SCAM TO GET YOUR CC NUMBER. THEY WONT LOWER YOUR INTEREST RATE JUST STEEL YOUR MONEY.

Just read what ichy7 has written. I agree completely... I never answer calls, especially on my cell, from numbers I do not know. I don't answer my home phone unless someone tells me who they are as I don't have caller ID on that phone. "Do Not Call is a farce.

Received a call from this number. I do NOT answer any call that I do not recognize. It DID come up as ******IA. I know no one in ******ia, but have had scam calls from other numbers that come up as "******ia." Folks, do NOT answer any of these calls you do not recognize. 99+ % are scams. When you do answer these calls all you are doing is to acknowledge to their computers/scammer operators that they have reached a viable, working number and they WILL continue to call you back even though you punch in another number that is suppose to take you off their list. IT WON'T ! The government's Do Not Call list is a JOKE, it doesn't work no more than your government does. Your best bet is IF they continue to call and harass you is to check with your phone carrier as most have a "Call blocking" service. USE IT ! Have a great day.
