This number is calling me 20 to thirty times a day s****ing at 8:00 am in the morning and going until 9:30 at night. There is never anyone there and i have hit option two numerous times to have them remove my number and they still call.

I have been getting calls repeatedly from different people who seem to mostly live in the Northeast who ask me why I am calling their phone 15-30x per day and they give me this phone number.  I told them this is not my phone number, although I do live in the 540 area code.  I ask how they got my name and personal phone and they said they looked it up on this website "whocallsme" and it pulls up my name, personal information, my kids, etc. which is really freaking me out!  This is some kind of phone scam or so****ing...I really don't know what to even call it as I've never even heard of such a thing before.  I have called my police department, my phone company, and the FCC and can't seem to find anyone who can do anything or knows anything.  If you are being called by this number, be****ured that it is not me calling you.  If you will go type the phone number straight into a google search you will see the pages of complaints from people. The calls seem to have s****ed at the end of Nov. or beginning of Dec. and are coming from a smokeless cigarette company.  If you are a smoker and have been resear****g any online sites about a smokeless product, they may have captured your information and are then harrassing you with these calls.  Please, please people, don't call me...I'm not the culprit.  You need to report it to your phone company, your police, and your attorney general's office.

They are abusive with trying to contact me as well - I ***uely recall looking at the electronic cigarette - when I told the person I wasn't interested he wouldn't take that as an end to the call - in fact, only until I told him I put myself on the do not call list did he say 'thanks" and **** up - rude - if they call a***n I'm not going to be as nice - I checked and had 34 calls from them in 2 days on my cell phone...crazy

They call and call and no ones there! Tonight I finally got someone on the phone when I answered and told them the person they wanted died in a car accident and to not call back. How they got my name I don't know as I never filled out a form for no smart smoker thing???

Okay, it took me about 15 times of me picking up to dead air (and at least double that of where I didn't even pick up), but I FINALLY got somebody live on the phone tonight (after 4 calls in one hour).I was pretty ****ed snippy with them, I'm positive this was a telemarketing firm, but the telemarketer would NOT give me the firm he worked for.  He was obviously in a call centre, probably overseas (the man did have an East Indian accent), I could hear tons of other calls in the background. Instead, he told me the company he was calling about:Smart SmokerHe wouldn't give me the information right away, the when I asked for further information he asked why I wanted it.  After I let it rip on him that I was tired of the harassing phone calls numerous times a night, then he gave me the information I wanted.I also got the physical address of Smart Smoker:44 Kingston DrDaleville, VA24083He promised me he'd take me off the call list.  We'll see about that, but at least I FINALLY got somebody on the ****ed phone.Considering I've never been on the Smart Smoker website, and hence have never entered in my information, I have NO IDEA how they originally got my number.  But hopefully these****hats will quit phoning me 5169884 times a day now.

I get the same calls, and I had looked into an electronic cigarette too. Hahah. Funny. I thought it was a bill I owed. A black man answers the call, and you can't get through. I mean a black man gives the recording. I did not want to get the 'free'cigarette because they charge you 'shipping and such' so you know how that goes. I wish they sold the cigarettes at walgreens, and I would buy them. You can get nicotine free, apparently. I would love a good smoke, and I bet the recording fella gets a good smoke all the time. The ciggie is a little weird tho. I haven't had a cig in five years, and I'm dying for a smoke. Tired of pens.It is not a smokeless cigarette. It has smoke coming out of it. I dunno how they make em where the smoke is not gonna make you cough. Weird. maybe it is a scam. I dunno

I registered a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry.  My number has been registered for a long time so hopefully they can do so****ing.  If your number is registered please file a complaint also.  The more complaints they receive the better the chance that so****ing will be done.  https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx

I get 20 to 30 calls a day from this number and have been for about 2 weeks.  they ne ver answer if I do pick up, it seems pontless

I've been getting calls from this number..540-572-4104. About 20 or more a day all hours day and night..when i pick up the phone. there's no one there..they never leave a message but they fill up my caller ID. When i press 1 it always says please hold...then it says "Due to a high volume of calls our customer service line is busy, please choose another option. I have received numerous calls from this number.  I have gotten to the point that I just do not answer.  Get a job loser and quit harrassing people!!!!

I've receive 24 calls from this number in the past 30 hours. I never tried calling back, but I just Googled and stumbled across these forums instead. I successfully got a hold of a representative once, and I denied that I was available at my phone number. I was then asked if I was a smoker, and I responded 'no.' This helped delay the next call by about four hours. I recall clicking through an ad for an electronic cigarette product on the New York Times website a few weeks back, and looking at the sample, but the funny thing is, I didn't like the terms and conditions, so I never hit 'submit.' I'm trying to remember if I ever plugged in my contact information - which would be really messed up, if they logged my data before I even hit the 'submit' ****on.

I've been getting like 15 phone calls a day as well.  But I don't smoke, I haven't inquired about any electronic cigarette, someone sold our numbers to someone else.  This is brutal!

Extremely obnoxious, they call many times a day, nd hngup when I nswer, also when I cl they disconnect me. Very annoying, I clled nd put myself on their do not call list nd they continue to call nd hnguop

I have been receiving calls from this # 6x or more a day.Just like everyone else I am given 2 options which neither one works. What is the point of this call if no one answers when you answer it. So****ing has to be done about this. What ever happened to the do not call list which i have been on more than a year.

I have been getting 40+ messages from them the last few days, I finally spoke to somebody today. They called us because we had inquired  about the smokeless cigarette online.

They call about every 30 mins. I pressed 2 to take me off thier call list but they continue to call even more. This has gone on for 3 days now. I put my phone on silent because it got so annoying. I'll awnser but they would **** up. What kind of ****** business is this!

What is this? Why do they call and say nothing and cannot call back or get off there list?  What can I do to stop the harrassment???

People have been harrassed, myself included.  Don't call back, they won't listen to any do not call list.  Someone sold a list to someone else.  This is nuts!

unsolicited calls , can not talk to anyone when I call back.  I press #2 as instructed to stop receiving calls and they continue.

I finally talked to someone today, apparantly it's a cigarette company of some sort. I was not really pleasant on the phone with the operator. I advised her that I had hit #2 on the phone as per instuctions to place me on the no call back list. I did that twice. Each time I did, they called me back within 15 minutes. When I called, it took forever for someone to acknowledge my call, I could hear so****ing in the background, but it took her over 30 seconds to announce her presence on the phone.

Calls my house 3 times a day every day when you pick it up no one is there. If you phone them back it's an automated message asking if you want to speak to a CSR or be put on their do not call list.  Did that, guess we'll see what happens.

No message for me either.

I have been receiving 5 to 10 of these ANNOYING phone calls daily - sometimes up until 10 PM at night.  I don't know who it is and based on these other complaints, I refuse to answer these calls.

have been called on the average of every 15 minutes for the last 3 days . can't leave a message. they **** up if you answer and there answering is voice which disconnects you each time.

I have received more that 10 calls a day from this number and I have tried to call it but do not get anywhere. It says to press 1 to go to a customer service rep but then when you do it says that the call volume is very high and to call back later. I have received approx 10 calls a day now for about a week. How can I get this to stop?PLEASE HELP!

Since last week they call my cell about 12 times a day.  Today so far its 7.
