Debt collector, very mean and rude. They call throughout the day about 10-15 times a day. They are crazy!!!

This man has called for an employee that no longer works here. Rude is not the word for it.

They are calling my teenagers cell number.

After sear****g the internet, I find this is a debt collector. I'm sorry, but you will have to get in line with the others.

7 phone calls in one day. I told them to submit so****ing in writing to the address they have on file. They have yet to send anything. Their commission is being eaten up on long distance phone calls. They try the guilt game. You know when you signed this agreement you promised to pay, blah, blah, blah. I asked them to send me what charges have been made to verify that I used this card. I dont remember even using or having this card. show me so****ing in writing!

they keep calling at my work place, my parents home (I don't even live with them) and my cell, telling me that I owe Best Buy money. The first I knew of this was when they called. I paid off my account with Best Buy in July 2008 and they're saying that I made a purchase on 12/20/08 when it's impossible because I don't even have my card any longer my parents shredded it. I don't know how they got my parent's number and they tell me that I made a payment agreement with someone named Theresa when I actually ***g up on her after repeatedly telling her that I never made this purchase. They call non-stop and are very rude. I am 4 months pregnant with twins and only work 3 days a week - I don't need to lose my job or have the added stress!

Calls, when I answer it ****s up.

A woman named Francis called my work number and my home number. She's a debt collector trying to act like a lawyer. She's rude and I told her to stop calling my work number. When I ***g up on her she called me back a***n and obviously didn't take the hint the first time

More than likely it's the Debt Collector J.P. Frye. He has been sued by several states and lost. Sen him a Cease and Desist order by certified mail with a return receipt and they will have to stop calling you. http://credit.about.com/od/debtcollection/a/ceaseanddesist.htm That is if you can't pay your debts.

Call comes in 2 a day a very rude person on the other end of line. A debt collector can not collect on a debt if the person that they are calling for does not live there, hard to get the person to understand and they keep calling back every 2 min I thought there was a law where after a point it become harrassment.

This place is calling because we owe them money. They are just doing their job. If we just face it and talk to them they will stop calling us.
