I keep getting calls from this person and I have no idea who it is... I have not been able to get to my phone to answer this call, I just have a missed call every time and when I try to call the number back it has a busy tone and then I am disconnected.. this is very annoying!!

I am a very patient person, but this number has been calling me everyday for about 6 months asking for someone I don't know. When I go to call it back it beeps at me and ****s up. The phone company can't tell me who owns the line and the do not call list does not work with this because it is a creditor, not a telemarketer. Please if anyone has any more information on how to contact a real person with this number let me know, because I need to inform them they have the wrong number and to please stop calling me.
