called my cell phone, when I called the number I got a recording "this number has not been****igned yet" but no recording number or name of provider. I went to fonefinder.net and a CLEC out of Albany, OR called BANDWIDTH.COM owns the number. Obviously a scammer probably from Barbados or somewhere.
I called, and the operator said that the number has not been****igned. Could be that the scammers have a dispatch here in the USA and call from Nigira.
