Saw a missed call on 11/23 at 9:59am. The number is unknow and no idea who this is..

called me at 11:55 am telling me to lower my credit card interest rate. I asked him what is the name of his company and then he got very mad at me, I then asked to speak to someone in charge and he called me a bunch of bad words then ***g up.

Possible Food City PR or research number?

Did not recognize the number so did not answer-left no message--google search revealed many scam calls from this #---offering to lower credit card interest rates--thick accent and rude when questioned
