Do you have an account with Capital One (or does your husband)? Capital One uses numbers from all over the United States when they call their customers that are overdue on payments. I usually get a 972 area code (Texas) but as of late have been getting the 541 (Oregon) area code as well. They are RELENTLESS and don't care that while they got their bailout we the people did not and are struggling to pay our bills in this economy. Oh, sometimes they leave a message, but more commonly they do not.

Just called asking for my husband, by name????? This is an Oregon number, and is weired cause we used to live in the 541 area in Oregon. WHo the *********** is it. I called it back and he said he was called Emannuel, and he said he was calling from Las Vegas.......where we live now!! I suddenly said he must have gotten the wrong number???
