Said they needed to verify employment, didn't give company name. Asked to fax you verify who they were and never received fax

Called my work and I happened to pick up phone and they asked for me, when I said it was me they ***g up.

I called this number back and it is a recording telling me this was a call about previouse buisness and does not require any further actions. I called from a diffrent phone number and got the same recording.
