They are scammers. Do not give them your credit card information. If you think you have an issue with your bank, call them yourselves, do not call this number back.
I just got the same alert as the comment below. Go to the do not call registry and file a report.
I just got a text from this number 541 -460 3869 saying:WELLS FARGO ALERT : your card has been deactivated.Please call 503-327-9452
