The caller ID listed the number as belonging to Kathleen Cocho, but when I picked up the phone it was a male on the other end. The only info he would give was that he was "Ryan" with "ARS," so I ***g up.
I get a call and they do not leave a message. Does anyone know who this is? I try to call back and i just get a call failed message evertime on my cell.
