iPHONE USER Got call, did not answer, no message left

Called, didn't answer & they didn't leave a message

Rcv'd the call @ 12:55pm PDT. Answered, thinking it was family traveling. No response, only a few clicks, then the call term'd. I rang back****uming bad connection. Rang once, then recorded male voice answered w/ "The number you have dialed is unallocated." Not sure what that meant, I rang a***n and the same situation repeated. Caller ID claims # is out of Lostine, Oregon.

SCAM / telemarketer.... dont answer.
