**** up multiple times

They called twice today on WhatsApp. I didn't answer either time. Not 100% sure it's spam but ... probably! Not in my WhatsApp address book.

The refused to tell me what company they were calling from, which is illegal and a***n FDCPA guidelines.

Caller refused to say who they were or who calling on behalf unless I said who I was. She refused, got mad and said "if you don't want to identify neither do I" and ***g up.

They refused to self identify without personal information.
