(541) 844-2097

They sent a text telling me I have authorized a charge from Geek Squad and if I want to cancel I need to call 1 844-471-2097. The voice sounded like a computer generated voice. I told them I would not accept the charge if it showed up on my CC and ***g up.

They're still calling people.

First all I heard was static, then a female voice in Spanish.  I ***g up.  I am on the Do Not Call list, so I'm going to file a complaint.

"Hello, you've just won a free trip to Cancun, press 1 to claim your prize." (I ***g up)

1:59PM  Missed the call on my CALIFORNIA cell phone number.  Since our kids live in Oregon and I recognized the area code, I called back on my land line.  Fortunately, from what the comments I've read, I'm extremely glad that the line was busy!  I was concerned that maybe the one of the kids was sick or whatever, and the call was from the school, the sitter or dr's office.  We don't exactly live around the corner anymore but being a parent/grandparent I could authorize treatment if necessary in extreme emergency.  I didn't think of listing our cell nuumbers on www.donotcall.gov.  I'll see if I can block the number as well.  I have a pay-as-you-go cell phone so don't want to waste my minutes at 25 cents each!

I live in saskatoon sask, and I recieved a call from this number.  they said I won a trip and ******ly I pushed 1.  how do you stop them from charging me money?

If you have a fairly new cell phone, you can use the blocking feature on your phone to block the number.

I received a call from this # as well, when I answered there was nothing there and when I looked at my phone it appeared as if they ***g up.  No message left.  ***?  I live in Winnipeg Manitoba Ca***a too, it seemed like they were just contacting American #'s, guess they're ***n****g out...

It is a phishing scam being conducted bye an internet based company, that will appear on your statement as a white water rafting company. They have an automated ma****e that dials random cell phone numbers which were hacked from cell phone companies about 4 months ago, ignore the call and do not respond with any information, they will then try to call back on another number saying "they are your bank, or loan office" and they need your loan number and last four of your SS# or they will need your full SS#, it is a scam a***n that has been going on for about 2 and a half months

How did they get my cell phone number?

Static, then a female voice in spanish telling me I was the 10th winner and to press 1 to claim my prize. after a few more seconds of silence it ***g up.  A reverse phone number search brought up a company in Eugene, OR., called 360networks (usa).  I called the number and a recording said "this is a travel related call and you will be contacted a***n shortly.  If you wish to be removed from this database press 1".  I pressed 1 and the recording said it was an invalid selection...

When this number called me I didn't answer. They left a message but it didn't say anything.

spanish talking woman called and wanted me to call back and dial #10. Do not do it! It is bad bad spam.

Same thing, spanish speaking woman, recorded message. No one there. I think she was telling me to push a number (numero)...***g up, googled the number and ended up here. Spam phone calls. Am on ATT iPhone...ME

Called and left no message... texted them back at 1-541-844-2097, and no response back.

Just received the call from 541-844-2097, Automated female voice, Spanish @ 7:20PM 2/18/2009 on my cell phone.

just got the call a few seconds ago, recorded spanish lady claiming that I have won 1k.

I got the same number too, called me at 2:55 pm PT, i didn't hear my mobile ring at that time.

just NOW got a call on my cell phone from 541-844-2097, an oregon number, and it was a recorded ladie speaking in spanish. what the*****.

said congratulations the 200dollar transfer was successful
