Repeatedly calling my work (classroom) number. I have not answered because they always call in the middle of class.
Received a phone call from a Amy which she said that she was from Performit looking for a Jessica Sherman which I told her that she did not work here. Well then she got demanding asked for my name and told me that this conversation was being recorded. Then wanted to speak to my manager. Told her he wasn't in and she said that she would hold. HE ISN'T IN I repeated and she still insisted to hold. I asked her a***n what she wanted and told her a***n that that person did not work here and then she wanted to know if we were in Pearland (NO) we are in Pasadena. She said on the internet is shows us in Pearland - nope not us we do not have a location in Pearland. Can you give me the number???? Wow this girl was a trip. I told her to look it up on the internet since she had it right there.

This company is called Dependon Collection Services. Their mailing address is:P.O. Box 4833Oak Brook, IL 60522My attorney says they must honor a written request to never call a***n. If they're really harassing you, you probably should pay a couple bucks get a return receipt. My attorney says, once they've been officially notified, you can report them to your State Attorney General if they call a***n.
Has called repeatedly looking for my former son-in-law and his mother. My ex-son-in-law has not lived with me for at least 7 years.

March 9, 2009 3:27 am I recieved a call at my work place with the correct name but wrong last name. I am of a different ethnicity so if they have a wrong last name why would I correct them. It's a totally different last name then mine. The first letter of the last name was not even close at all. Now they want to talk to the supervisor. What the F**K.... What does this have to do with my supervisor. First of all. I have no freak loans or debit that I have not paid. I have been update with all bills. So where the heck did they get my freak work number and want to even talk to my supervisor. Who the heck are these people. Not to mention very rude.
February 14, 2009 10:29 a.m. Received call from this number. Left no message. Have been debt-free for 20 years. I would surmise that this group of nasty frauds may be looking for the previous owner of my cell phone number. Sprint is our carrier, and since having c****ed plans in the summer of 2008 we've experienced numerous calls from unpleasant sources. We'll c****e our number once a***n. My advice: If you can do it, give your number only to those who need to know it; and don't answer unfamiliar or "no ID" numbers. Let them leave a message
