I got the same call too on 05/05/08. Iam with Cingular though..

Got phone call from this number(5/3/08, 7:335 PDT) like many of you above.  No message was left. When I saw that I missed a call, tried to redial and got recording saying "number was not in service".

i got a missed call from this number too on 5/2 night time. googled the number and found this thread. mine showed up with a "+" in front of the number. weird. good thing i didnt pick up. i have tmobile too. and every other week i seem to get weird out of area numbers.

I got it on my cell phone, what service do you guys have? i have t-mobile

I got the call at 7:52PDT 5/3/08.  Weird how phone numbers get around just like that.

Got a call 7 seconds long couldn't hear anything - very wierd. This is a ***nd new number also

called didn't answer left no message. Wont call back, going to block the number. Think its internet **** scam.

this number called me at three and i didnt answer and then i called it back and it said all the lines were busy.

just got a call from 541 964 8989 --called back and the number is disconnected?

Received a call from 5419648989 in Blachly, OR. (on my caller ID). Didn't answer and answering ma****e came up with the screa****g wail of a phone left off the hook.

just got this call and got a message in spanish, i just ***g up since i knew i had no business with this company and then i looked it up on this web site.

received a call from this number, googled it. does anyone know if it connects even if you don't call it back?

I got the same call. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize. Didn't know this site was out there. I'm sure I will be here lots.

I missed the phone call but I didn't recognize the number so I googled it. I found this site that says its a scam. Thank goodness I looked it up.

Received call on MN cell phone # at 12:03 PM CDT on 5/1/08.  When I answered, dead air.

Got the call but did not pick up. The number showed as "Out of Area". Thanks for the site. This is in northern CA.

This is the same scam that happened to me a few weeks ago from a different number (+3026949988). In spanish, it says that you've been selected and to press one to receive your prize. Obviously it's trying to get you to call and connect you through to a toll-charging number. I wouldn't recommend calling it back; if you have a block list option on your phone, block both of these numbers.
