Got Called by this number several times while overseas... no answer when I picked up. Go figure

called my cell phone and it was in spanish. so I ***g up. My number is unlisted, How do they get it?

"Welcome to Unicell, The number you have called is no longer active" I received a ****-up call from this number and immediately called it back. Anyway when I called the number back I heard the above recorded message. My called ID stated the call originated from Oregon.
