how do u get it to stop calling

This number has called several times and never says anything when I answer, this is really annoying

This person had called me 7 times today alone!! And they never leave a message or say anything when I answer the phone. Who is this horrible person?

When I pick up, they don't say anything; when I let the ma****e answer, I hear sounds in the background but no one ever leaves a message. This number calls my home at least 3 times a day.

Caller has dialed over 10 times today, and continues to call. The caller remains silent once the line is picked up, and calls returned to this number are not answered.
