This is The Fresno Bee. I called back and they said they have an automatic dialer that calls people and if they don't get to the phone in time it hangs up. Just tell them you want to be taken off their call list and they will politely transfer you to someone who will take you off.

They called me twice. I finally picked up on the 3rd time and they immediately hung up.

i have a Google Voice number so i know they used a automated dialing computer to call me. ill be calling them to force my number out of their computer
