I keep getting calls from NCO, but they are s****ing to come from different numbers and area codes now.They never leave a message....but they WON'T stop calling.I have NEVER had a Capital One account, and I have never used "Bill Me Later" -- both of these things I've seen posted on sites about why NCO would be calling.I have been filing complaints on the Do Not Call website every time I get one of these calls. I HOPE others will file the complaints as well!I wish they would leave me alone!

They call me on my house phone and if my answering ma****e answers they call my cell phone within a second of my ma****e picking up. They call my cell phone at least 4 to 5 times a day. With a least 10 different phone numbers. Very annoying. I wish that they would stop calling me. I think it's for capitol one .

I would contact either my atty or the court system and file a complaint.  Once that a creditor is notified, they are legally not suppose to call you by phone nor mail.  This is now considered harrassment.

This 559-272-6462 called and noone was on the line when I answered.  This is on my cell phone line.  What is the point of calling someone if you are not going to be on the line for conversation.

They call excessively, even after being told not to call - I do not know the person they are calling for. I am going to report them to the FTC. If they continue to call, I'm going to get an attorney and make $1,000 off of every call!

This company is using so many different numbers I looked the numbers up thats how i know same company. Its been nonstop everyday even Sunday morning it s****ed at 9:36am they s****ed calling every hour up to 10:30pm. There should be so****ing we can do about the harressing calls everyday every hour.

I'm getting sick of all these ****** debt collectors calling my cell phone. My number is on a freakin' Do Not Call list. I registered my number over 2 months ago. Why are they still calling?? If I ever met these losers in person, no one would have these problems anymore because I'd make sure the idiots making these calls would never be able to dial a number a***n.

I've been getting calls from NCO Financial every day, different phone numbers.  They call my home & cell.  I don't have a credit problem.  I know they are calling about my ex's Capital One account.  I've done everything I can to stop the calls but they continue to harass me.  I've had similar experience with this number.  No one answers when I pick up.

These idiots called my cell phone three times asking for a person I dont even know. Each time they called they said they would remove my number and didnt. At this point I am going to look at other options on dealing with them.

Calling every 30 min. every day. NCO Financial. I am picking up and there is no one there, no voice mail left.

Caller ID says NCO Financial. They call often but never leave a message. I don't have financial problems so have no clue why they call over and over.

Answer the phone, find out who they are, get their address, mail them a drop dead letter and tell them not to contact you a***n, when they do log every time they contact you, date ****od and time. File Federal suit under violations of the FDCPA and collect money. End of story!These people do not care about your situation. They would throw their own mother under the bus for a buck. Most people would pay their debts if they could, but many people were ruined by this economy which the govt. is responsible for. Many cant even get a job! Now if your just a low life then disregard.

These people have been calling my ***her in law who lives in another state several times a day for me! If they can track down his info... why can't they track down mine? We are going through a BK....so there is bad debt but come on people call the person directly, not a family member. I have no idea who NCO is, and who they represent- but we've received NOTHING in writing from them. Send me some do***entation and maybe I can deal with you- don't just call random family members! These people are nuts.

This is a bit shady.  They call the house regularly under NCO Financial anyway.  Then they call under this number.  Trickery!

Called asking about a person I have not heard about for ages, and do not wish to hear from. Unknown how they got my phone number, and she would not tell me. VERY RUDE if you ask me.

Receiving calls from 559-272-6462 once a day to at least every other day. Never leave a message - what's up with that?

AT LEAST HAVE THE COMMON COURTESY TO LEAVE A MESSAGE.
