Just received a call from this number. We have caller ID and won't bother answering it. Also they don't leave a message. I'm also on the do not call list so I'll have to check further on what's going on.

6/17/11 No one home, caller id said Visalia, CA.
Lady with an indian accent asked for me. she stated she was with the National diabetes****ociation. She wanted to know if there was anyone with diabetes in my household.I asked her why they keep calling me? She said they had free supplies for diabetics.I told her this is a scam and do not call me anymore. I informed them to put me on their do not call list.

This is the National Diabetes****ociation SCAM - number +15593029128 shows up as from Visalia California and when I called it back the recording said (in slightly accented, but non-native USA English): "National Diabetes****ociation." The internet says the National Diabetes****ociation is a scam organization NOTT to be confused with the ADA (American Diabetes****ociation.)It was so wonderful that GOOGLE VOICE caught this scammer and it did not even ring my phone. (And subsequently I put a total BLOCK on that number even trying to connect in the future.)
PERSON ON LINE WANTED TO KNOW IF ANYBODY IN MY HOUSEHOLD IS DIABETES, I TOLD THE LADY "IT WAS NOT ANY OF HER BUSINESS!" SHE WANTED TO MAIL US A DIABETE MA****E - I TOLD HER IT WASN'T ANY OF HER BUSINESS AND DO NOT CALL BACK-------------------BUT SHE HAD A JAMAICA VOICE---------------------
No one on the line. Weird!
I answered the phone but had to wait a few seconds for caller to respond. She asked to speak to my husband--I told her he didn't live here anymore (I knew it was a sales call so I lied). She apologized and said "Since I have you on the line" that's where I interrrupted her and told her I was on the do not call list and if she called a***n that I would report her to the FCC. I asked if she understood and she said she did so I told her she had better **** up the phone. Call ended.
When the calls come in, I just don't answer. They seldom leave a msg.
wanted to talk to a family member who was deceased, then called back and wanted to talk to henry. Long delay between conversation and heard other telemarketers in background. Told them not to call back!
Lol. I got this phone number at my dad's donut shop and so I was curious on who was this number since I did not recognize the area code as a local one. I'm laughing at how these people are saying it's a " National Diabetes****ociation " and the number they just called is a donut shop which doesn't really help diabetes.
Caller ID said "California call." A woman with an Indian accent with lots of background noise asked for a man by name. I told her she had the wrong number. she then said "while I have you on the line, I am calling from the National diabetes****ociation." I told her there was no such organization & I am on the do not call list & not to call me back. This is a scam trying to play off the ADA, American Diabetes****ociation.
Wants to know if anyone in the family is a diabetic ?
Noise in the background like a party
Doesn't leave a message.
Claimed they were doing research about households with members who have diabetes, but received another call that showed up on Caller ID with a similar name, abuot 30 minutes later and they were trying to sell me health insurance
No one on the line.
