This company continues to call my phone from the Fresno California area code and continues to not leave a message. I call the number back and they try to sell so****ing that is related to PG&E according to them. This is SPAM...
I just called PG&E about these people who claim to be partnered with them. PG&E told me that they contract only with a company called Energy Partners and that other companies will telemarket posing as PG&E partners, but EP is the only one they contract with. Highlands Energy competes with PG&E; they are not partners. Not that that's a bad thing, but they are mispresenting themselves in more than one way (caller ID this time showed CENTURY BUILDERS).
